Final selected design for my urban beehive.
Claudia Zanfi and the aMAZE Lab from Milan are the creators of the World´s first "artist´s beehives" project. It was initiated during Milan Fashion Week and Expo in 2015 with the aim of helping the preservation of the urban biodiversity. The project is a part of the broader urban preservation agenda of the Lab called Green Island. The artists were commissioned to design their own beehives that were to be installed in the Milan public areas.
